Casa Puixico takes its name from a mountain near our village in the Ribagorza region of Huesca. It represents something deeply personal — a way to bring together our love for this place and Sarah’s vocation as an English teacher.
We live here year-round and are committed to keeping the spirit of this small mountain village alive. Our family is the first in decades to have children born in the municipality, and today we’re the only one with kids living here. For us, this isn’t just a business — it’s our way of helping rural life stay vibrant and full of possibility.

Sarah is a certified English teacher from the United States with more than 20 years of teaching experience. She has taught students and professionals across a wide range of fields — from industry, media, and public administration to healthcare, research, engineering, tech startups, real estate, and non-profit organizations.
What sets her apart is her ability to adapt every class to her students’ specific goals. Her approach is practical, communicative, and confidence-based. From the very first session, she encourages natural conversation and active learning in real, meaningful contexts.
