Holiday weekends: the minimum stay must be the full length of the holiday weekend
Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Easter: minimum stay 4 nights
July and August: minimum stay 6 nights
June, September and October: minimum stay 2 nights

LOW SEASON
Rest of the year: minimum stay 2 nights
