About the project

Casa Puixico is named after a mountain in our village in the Ribagorza region of Huesca, in the Spanish Pyrenees.

We were originally drawn to the natural beauty and small-community feel of this area, and Casa Puixico grew from the idea of sharing this hidden corner of the Pyrenees with visitors. Guests can enjoy rural life, scenic walks, and a village that has preserved its character over time.

Although the Ribagorza region is becoming increasingly international, our village and valley remain off the beaten path, perfect for travelers looking to explore a lesser-known part of the Pyrenees. We are available to provide guidance to help guests discover local paths, nearby villages, and experiences they might not find on their own. For us, Casa Puixico is more than just a place to stay—it is an invitation to experience the rhythm, traditions, and timeless beauty of our village.
