The Boí Valley & Aigüestortes
Cross eastward into Alta Ribagorça to see the early medieval Romanesque churches of the Boí Valley, collectively designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site . Approx. 1 hour 15-minute drive
The Mont Rebei Gorge
Walk an unforgettable, narrow path carved straight into the rock of a 500-meter sheer limestone gorge where the river shrinks to just 20 meters wide. It is an intense, exposed landscape which will get your adrenaline running and offers dramatic, uninterrupted views of the turquoise waters below. For an alternative perspective, you can paddle through the gorge by kayak.

Ainsa Medieval Village & The Añisclo Canyon
Spend the morning exploring the fortified stone streets, the historic main square, and the intact castle citadel of Aínsa. After exploring the tiny shops and enjoying a traditional hearty lunch there, take the paved, one-way scenic driving route tracing the bottom of the deep Añisclo Canyon.
Approx. 1 hour drive to wine routes and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Alquézar
Alquézar & The Somontano Wine Region
Head south into the Pre-Pyrenees to visit Alquézar, a stunning stone village that owes its name and layout to its 9th-century Moorish fortress origins (al-Qasr ). Wander its historic, winding medieval alleys before hiking the spectacular steel footbridges built over the rushing Vero River canyon floor. End the afternoon tasting local wines in the surrounding Somontano region.
Approx. 1 hour drive
The Benasque Valley & Mount Aneto
Drive up to the highest valley in the central Pyrenees. Stroll through the alpine hub of Benasque to see its traditional heavy slate-roof architecture, or continue up to Llanos de Hospital to find trailheads leading toward the Posets-Maladeta peak glaciers.
Approx. 1 hour and 5 minute drive
The Aran Valley & Vielha
Head through the Vielha tunnel to enter a distinct, north-facing Atlantic basin. The valley features its own protected language (Aranese) and high-mountain slate architecture, offering unique Pyrenean gastronomy and highly manicured stone villages like Arties.
